Hi, I’m Rebecca! I support business leaders to cultivate a mindfulness pratice to strengthen inner balance and build performing teams.

My coaching focus is on mindful leadership, where I empower leaders to improve resilience, lead authentically, develop unshakable confidence, and foster a trust-based leadership style. These qualities are essential for thriving in today’s complex and fast-changing environment. Let me share how I came to this mission.

My Story

 

Eight years ago, I faced significant challenges as I transitioned into a leadership role. As a project leader in the consulting industry, I was tasked with implementing cross-functional projects. Despite outward success, I felt the constant pressures of stress, external expectations, and intense time constraints weighing on me. Especially in areas of transformation, stakeholder pressure is high and demanding time schedules are present. to meet every demand within the required timeframe was no longer sustainable, and my usual strategies were failing. So, I took a big step back and focused on the most critical questions:

  • How can I lead from my personal values in a mindful and authentic way?
  • How can I stay resilient and establish an environment for my team in the face of adversity and uncertainty?
  • How can I cultivate trust and a growth-mindset when challenges within my team? 

These questions marked a crucial turning point in my professional and personal development as I began to cultivate a mindfulness practice. To be honest, I never saw myself as a leader, nor did I believe I could make a real difference. It took me several years to realize that amid all the tasks assigned to me, it was leadership that kept me moving forward: the ability to inspire, guide, and positively influence both myself and others toward a shared goal. Since I didn’t encounter authentic and mindful leadership in the early years of my career, I began seeking inspiration beyond traditional corporate practices. This is when I discovered mindfulness. To my surprise, I wasn’t alone in feeling disillusioned by hierarchical, fear-based corporate systems. In the worlds of entrepreneurship and yoga philosophy, mindful and trust-based leadership was beginning to emerge. While it took time to integrate these practices into my daily life, I’ve now reached a point where I can share what I’ve learned to help other leaders thrive.
