The Mindful Leadership Coaching is a comprehensive 3-month program designed to help you grow both personally and professionally. Through tailored strategies and regular feedback, you’ll gain insights into your personality, strengths, and areas for growth in order to help you build a resilient and balanced life as an authentic leader.
What to expect
Kick-off
Our journey begins with an in-depth assessment of your current personal and professional situation.
1. Initial Consultation - Assessment:
We explore your individual situation along the following dimensions:
- Personality: Self-perception, strengths, and areas for development.
- Personal Situation: Work-life-balance, social environment, and interests.
- Professional Situation: Your current role, responsibilities, and leadership challenges.
- Network & Relationships: Interactions with colleagues, superiors, and team members.
- Milestones & Goals: Previous achievements and your development aspirations.
- Risks & Challenges: Identifying potential obstacles and challenges.
2. Personality Analysis:
We leverage a (renewed) personality test to gain deeper insights into your unique traits and how they influence your leadership style and decision-making.
3. Identifying Areas of Improvement:
Once the initial assessment is complete, we’ll review your personality test results and identify areas of development. Together, we’ll establish the focus areas.
4. Individual Development Strategy
You will receive a tailored strategy to your personal & leadership growth and individual focus areas.
Monthly Coaching Sessions
The monthly 2-hour coaching sessions are tailored to address key aspects of leadership and personal growth:
- Holistic Life Strategy: Create specific, actionable goals for both personal and professional development, ensuring alignment between the two.
- Strengths and Growth Assessment: Recognize your unique strengths while pinpointing opportunities for improvement to drive personal and professional growth.
- Leadership Development: Strengthen self-leadership, refine your leadership style, and enhance your ability to lead teams, manage conflict, navigate setbacks, and communicate effectively.
- Self-Reflection: Cultivate mindfulness and integrate practical skills through real-life application, encouraging continuous self-awareness and growth.
Weekly Touchpoints
To ensure continuous progress, we conduct weekly 45-mins touchpoints:
- Goal Review & Adjustments: Tracking your progress and adjusting your goals as necessary.
- Feedback Rounds: Collecting insights from your professional and personal environment.
- Challenges & Solutions: Discussing current challenges and collaboratively brainstorm solution strategies.
Mid- and Long-Term Strategy
As we near the conclusion of the coaching program, we will create a comprehensive long-term roadmap:
- Life & Career Strategy: Building on the progress you've achieved, we’ll outline a strategic plan for the next 6 to 12 months to guide your personal and professional growth.
- Resource Update: Refreshing your toolkit with recommended resources, literature, and training opportunities tailored to address new challenges.
- Strategic Positioning: Preparing you for your next career steps by enhancing your approach to expanding your professional network and opportunities.
- Continuous Development: Offering guidance on further education, mentoring, and professional growth to support your ongoing journey.
